About Scott

Scott Patrick is a licensed real estate agent in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Scott attended Johnson and Wales University and Widener University, majoring in hotel/restaurant management. Scott’s extensive background in customer relations ensures that his clients are provided with exceptional service.

As Manager of the Buyer’s Division of Team Patrick, Scott works tirelessly on behalf of his clients to ensure that each client’s goals and objectives are achieved. Scott’s expertise is invaluable to the clients he assists as the depth of his knowledge of the Greater Wilmington and Southern Chester County markets enables him to provide an exceptional experience for every buyer he assists. Over the years, Scott has accompanied hundreds of buyers as their home inspections have been conducted. As a result, the knowledge he has acquired has enabled him to fully educate his buyers about the components of the houses being viewed from the outset of their tour.

Scott’s knowledge, expertise, and his dedicated efforts have dramatically contributed to the ongoing success of Team Patrick. Scott’s total buyer sales annually exceed over $10,000,000 in dollar production.

Scott lives in Wilmington, DE and is married to Jackie Patrick, also a member of Team Patrick. Five fabulous children keep their lives very full, but in spare time you will find Scott out on the golf course with either his sons or with friends!
