Scotti’s industry involvement and recognition speak to her commitment to both her clients and her profession. Before real estate, Scotti was a teacher—an experience that continues to shape her approach today. She earned her degree in Education with a concentration in Psychology from the University of Maryland and began her career teaching English in Montgomery County. Scotti entered real estate in 2004 as part of a family team led by her aunt, a longtime Northern Virginia Realtor. Over the years, she built her expertise alongside family before launching Sellers & Co., a fantastic team of women agents (including her mom!), and continues to grow a business grounded in service, strategy, and care.

Scotti still appreciates the simple things—a great workout, reading a book on the beach, and time spent with friends and family (including her guy, Lorenzo, her daughter, Sophie and her Labrador, Magnolia).
