About Scotty
Scotty was born and raised in Oregon, but after one too many gray, rainy days, he packed his bags for the sunshine of Arizona. There, he attended the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University, graduating early with a degree in Business Marketing—all while competing as a collegiate sand volleyball athlete.

He started as an office manager for a boutique luxury real estate firm in Scottsdale during college, then leveled up to licensed team coordinator, and then jumped headfirst into selling real estate full-time in Scottsdale. His first year being awarded the Rookie of the Year. Over the next four years, he built a thriving business while also serving as Director of Social Media, where his marketing and creative edge helped his team stand out.

Eventually, the call of the big city was too strong to ignore. Scotty traded the desert for the fast-paced streets of New York City. Since then, he’s worn many hats: Personal Assistant to an ultra-high-net-worth individual, Marketing Consultant at Compass headquarters for top NYC agents, and now, Director of Operations for the Heard Khedr Team.
