Now with Compass, Sean represents buyers and sellers throughout Texas, combining statewide reach with local market knowledge and a relationship-first approach.

With both business and family ties to The Woodlands and the greater Houston area spanning more than 20 years, Sean is expanding his Texas-wide presence while focusing on land, ranch, and luxury properties from San Antonio to Houston and the Dallas area.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2019, Sean has built a diverse portfolio of successful transactions spanning luxury residences, custom and new construction, commercial properties, development opportunities, and some of Texas’ most distinctive land and ranch properties.

His career has earned recognition as a Top 15 Agent multiple times during his years with Sotheby’s International Realty, as well as among the San Antonio Business Journal’s Top 25 Luxury Agents and San Antonio Real Producers’ Top 50 Agents. He has also been recognized as a Platinum Top 50 Finalist every year since joining the organization in 2023 and has received multiple Sotheby’s International Realty President’s Club honors.

In late 2024, Sean founded Gillispie Realty Group, reflecting his commitment to providing strategic guidance, clear communication, discretion, and highly personalized service throughout every transaction. In 2025, Gillispie Realty Group was recognized as the number one team at Sotheby’s International Realty San Antonio, further solidifying his teams dedication to exceptional service and to building lasting client relationships that extend well beyond the closing table.

Sean has called Texas home for over 35 years and the San Antonio area home since 2001. His business continues to expand across Texas, and he is committed to supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and other charitable causes that make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
