Now based in Orange County, Sean serves buyers and sellers throughout Mission Viejo, Dana Point, and South Orange County with Compass, working alongside experienced Compass REALTOR® Jill Livingston.
Blending an approachable personality with a disciplined, strategic mindset, Sean is known for making clients feel comfortable and informed while navigating one of life’s biggest financial decisions. His approach combines personalized service, thoughtful marketing, strong communication, and a genuine understanding of what makes a home—and a neighborhood—valuable.
Sean’s real estate career began after receiving a full scholarship to study Business Real Estate at the University of Nevada. At 21, he moved to Los Angeles and entered the luxury real estate industry as executive assistant to a top-producing agent. During his first year, Sean helped support more than $75 million in sales in the Hollywood Hills, gaining firsthand experience with luxury properties, sophisticated clientele, and complex transactions.
He later joined a high-performing team specializing in remodels, redevelopment, and new construction, developing a keen eye for design, property potential, and the improvements that can influence a home’s marketability and value. In 2014, Sean joined The Agency, where he continued representing buyers and sellers throughout Southern California.
In 2018, Sean relocated to Las Vegas, where he joined a top-producing agent specializing in Lake Las Vegas. The experience gave him another perspective on luxury and lifestyle-driven real estate before he went out on his own, expanding his business throughout the greater Las Vegas market.
In 2025, Sean returned to Southern California and made Orange County home. Today, he brings the perspective gained from more than 16 years across multiple real estate markets to buyers and sellers throughout Mission Viejo, Dana Point, and South Orange County. Working alongside Jill Livingston at Compass, Sean combines highly personalized service with the experience, marketing reach, and collaborative resources of an established real estate team.
Having worked in markets ranging from West Hollywood and Beverly Hills to Lake Las Vegas, the California coast, and Orange County, Sean understands that real estate is ultimately about more than a property. Whether preparing a home for market, negotiating a sale, or helping a buyer find the right community, his focus is on providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a strategy tailored to each client.
Outside of real estate, Sean enjoys spending time outdoors, gathering friends for dinner, and exploring the communities and lifestyle that make Orange County such a special place to call home.
