Sean McGuire has been in the real estate business since 2001. Working as a mortgage banker for over ten years with Bank of America Home Loans, he facilitated over a half billion dollars of residential financing for homeowners and residential home sales. With his wealth of knowledge in the financing side of the business, he is an invaluable asset in working hand-in-hand with homebuyers and sellers during the transaction from start to finish. A true real estate buff, Sean devours real estate news, trends and data for fun. Sean is originally from Miami, Florida and attended Florida International University. He enjoys surfing in Malibu with his son and taking advantage of the vast array of outdoor activities that Southern California has to offer.
