Sean Stuart is a real estate advisor with Compass in Dallas, bringing a unique blend of residential expertise and commercial investment experience to his clients. Prior to entering residential real estate, Sean built his foundation in multifamily investment sales in Newport Beach, California, where he worked alongside investors and developers analyzing opportunities, underwriting assets, and navigating complex transactions. This background allows him to approach every deal with a strategic, investment-minded perspective.

Sean is dual licensed in both Texas and California, providing a broader understanding of two of the country’s most dynamic real estate markets and allowing him to assist clients relocating or investing across state lines. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Development with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona, giving him a strong academic foundation in market dynamics, development, and long-term value creation.
