After several years of actively "house hunting", we were able to find a property that provided all the options we wanted in a home. It was at the very start of the CA Covid -19 "Shelter in Place" directives. The process was very anxiety producing but was also compounded by the fact that the home purchasing process in itself in a very competitive market is very complicated and requires expert knowledge and excellent negotiating skills. Sean Walsh provide excellent support and expert guidance during a very difficult and anxiety producing transaction.
