After several years of actively "house hunting", we were able to find a property that provided all the options we wanted in a home. It was at the very start of the CA Covid -19 "Shelter in Place" directives. The process was very anxiety producing but was also compounded by the fact that the home purchasing process in itself in a very competitive market is very complicated and requires expert knowledge and excellent negotiating skills. Sean Walsh provide excellent support and expert guidance during a very difficult and anxiety producing transaction. From our immediate engagement with Sean, as our agent, it was very obvious that he was genuinely concerned for our best interest and maintained constantly communications / appraisal on the status of challenges we encountered during our home purchasing process. We were able to complete 95 % of this transaction virtually during the CA Covid 19 "shelter in place".
