Though Emily is a fourth generation real estate broker, her love for the
real estate profession was set in stone after selling homes in NYC at The
Corcoran Group. Over the span of four years, Emily worked on over 350M
worth of real estate transactions as part of the Heather McMaster Team,
consistently named among the Top 10 in Brooklyn sales and Top 25 in
Corcoran sales overall. Now that she is back selling real estate in her
hometown, she offers a fresh perspective and a competitive edge for her
clients. Emily is proud to join forces with The Clouse Group at Compass in
Seattle as a Buyer Specialist, allowing her to provide her clients an
unparalleled level of seamless service from pre-list, to staging and
listing, and then on to closing.
Eager and able to work with a wide range of buyers and sellers, Emily works closely and carefully to determine their needs and guide them through every step of the purchase and sale processes. Her observant nature, emotional intelligence, business expertise, and cheerful disposition allow her to work with clients in a way that’s both personal and efficient, all the while working tirelessly to withhold a true commitment to their interests.
Having grown up on Seattle’s Eastside and since graduating from the University of Washington, she understands the intricacies of this ever-changing and burgeoning city. As a homeowner herself, she knows how important it is to have wise counsel during the complex path to homeownership.
Emily is an avid learner and goal setter. While she’s not working, you will most likely find Emily volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House, jogging along Lake Washington or Lake Union, studying and writing for her cookbook review website, or hosting a dinner party at her home.
