Professional representation: with all the changes in the financial markets and our economy in general, professional representation has never been more critical. My services include programs specifically buyers, sellers, and investors. Relocation is a growing need in our and I work directly with individuals and companies accommodate timelines and needs associated with relocating from all over the world. Professional experience: I am a graduate of Washington University with a Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Economics. Prior to working in the real estate industry I worked with Deloitte & Touch© where I performed a variety of consultant services for Fortune 500 companies (such as Boeing, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Weyerhaeuser, etc). Going a bit further, I also worked Nordstrom the Corporate Finance. My professional certifications include being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designee, Realtor, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Internet Specialist (IMS), and Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS). I also maintain a few designations from my corporate years, including the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Location, location, location! I have grown the Seattle and have lived many neighborhoods including Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Seattle, Mill Creek and Snohomish. I enjoy all the Northwest has offer from boating Lake Washington the San Juan Islands, camping with friends, and sampling the finest our local breweries and wineries have offer!

The housing market in the Puget Sound continues fend off national trends and remains relatively strong. This is due, in part, strong local employment that serves diverse industries including world class aerospace, software, retail, ecommerce, as well as the food and timber markets. This combination helps insulate our local economy from the highs and lows that many other areas are experiencing. Additionally, the Pacific Northwest offers unparalleled natural attractions, which continue garner national recognition.

Altogether, this creates strong demand our region and certainly the greater Seattle . The bottom line is that Seattle is a wonderful place to live, work and play!
