Sellers & Co. is a collective of experienced Northern Virginia Realtors® with a high level of integrity, who treasure each and every client. We represent both sellers and buyers of residential properties, new construction, and land.

Our story: Scotti Sellers, the Principal of Sellers & Co., began her real estate career on a family team in 2004 after years of teaching elementary and middle school English. Her aunt had been a prominent Realtor in Northern VA for decades. Along with her mother and her uncle, Scotti joined the team (and eventually her sister and cousin too)!

After years on the family team, Scotti earned her Associate Broker's license and decided to go it on her own. With a love of educating and mentoring very much still beating in her heart, Scotti decided to start a team, and that's how Sellers & Co. originated. With a combination of a bit of luck and a singular vision, Scotti has three amazing women on her team: Danielle Preston, Sue-Anne DeBergh, and her mom, Pat Sellers. These women extend the same warmth and passion for helping people as Scotti does. These are Realtors who truly want the best for every single client. Danielle has a calming energy, putting everyone at ease in what could otherwise be a stressful endeavor. Sue-Anne asks great questions that enable her to drill down and strategize properly for her clients. Pat is the calming force that will listen and provide excellent advice. The entire team is excellent at developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues. These traits, as well as consistent industry training, help make the buying and selling process seamless and enjoyable for our clients, start to finish. The women of Sellers & Co. will be trustworthy advocates for both buyer and seller clients.

Scotti Sellers, an Associate Broker, served on the Board of Directors for Dulles Area Association of Realtors. She was recently awarded a Top Producer Individual award from DAAR, as well as a Circle of Excellence Award "for achieving the highest level of professionalism in the industry through community service, education, industry involvement, and business accomplishments". Her Compass colleagues in Virginia voted to give her the Most Solutions-Driven award.

The team's families all enjoy life in Loudoun County. These women are local experts of not only the real estate market but all that the area offers. They love living here, and would love to talk about why you will too!
