With over $100 million in property management portfolio experience, Lacie brings a rare depth of knowledge to every transaction. As a former property manager, she handled everything from board meetings, budgeting, and vendor coordination to maintenance projects, capital improvements, and navigating special assessments. This hands-on experience gives her a unique advantage when advising clients on condo ownership, she knows what questions to ask, how to evaluate a building’s financial health, and how to anticipate potential challenges before they arise.

Beyond her professional background, Lacie has also been through the process personally, successfully buying and selling her own condo. This dual perspective- both as a manager of large portfolios and as an owner herself, means she understands not only the numbers, but also the lifestyle, decision-making, and emotions that come with city living.
