Susu Fares is a Northern Virginia native whose roots run deep in the communities she now proudly serves. Born and raised locally, she has a firsthand understanding of the neighborhoods, school systems, and market dynamics that make Northern Virginia such a special place to call home. Growing up in a family immersed in real estate and property management, Susu was introduced early to the fundamentals of the business from daily operations and client relations to the importance of ethics, etiquette, and professionalism. Real estate isn’t just her career it’s a legacy she was raised in. Over the years, she has played an active role in supporting operations, contributing to business growth, and learning the intricacies of managing properties while guiding clients through important life transitions.
