My journey began in Moldova, where I studied Civil Engineering before moving to the United States in search of new opportunities. Over the years, I worked closely with people, became a homeowner, managed Airbnb properties, and discovered that what I enjoyed most wasn’t just the homes, it was helping people make important decisions with confidence.
Looking back, every experience taught me something valuable. Engineering helped me understand how homes are built. Working with people taught me how to listen. Owning and managing property gave me the perspective of both a homeowner and an investor. Together, those experiences naturally led me to real estate.
Today, I help buyers, sellers, investors, and those relocating to Coastal Delaware with a thoughtful, honest, and relationship-first approach. I proudly serve clients throughout Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Milton, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, and the surrounding Sussex County communities. I believe the best results come from listening carefully, communicating clearly, and always putting people before the transaction.
