I've worked in the service/hospitality industry for 5 years before becoming a Real Estate Professional. I've learned that I am a people person. Working in the service/hospitality industry has allowed me to adopt a positive mindset which in turn creates the best atmosphere for retaining a smooth transaction for all of my clients.
I enjoy the great outdoors and spending time with my family. Whether it's hiking, kayaking, fishing,or hunting - I'm in. My family has a ranch in Bogalusa, Louisiana where I grew up fishing and hunting with my dad. My cousins and I used to just go off in the woods and come back when the sun came down exploring the many acres on the property. The wonderful sports of fishing and hunting have taught me great lessons about patience which is a great trait to have in the real estate business. (Sitting in a tree in the blistering cold will teach you a few lessons, as well).
Eventually, I plan on donating a percentage of my commissions to St. Jude Childrenās Research Hospital. They have done so much for my little cousin that I couldn't thank them enough. I chose this institution because no child should have to go through the things they do at that young age. Plus it is a huge help to the parents of the children.
