Alice's past experience at another brokerage with a construction division allowed her to identify and secure properties with long-term potential for investors. As an experienced investor herself, she gained valuable insight into home remodeling and construction, which she utilizes to better serve her clients.

Alice is also an expert in the local rental market, staying up-to-date on population migration and rental market trends through active engagement in residential leasing. This knowledge helps her provide valuable property assessment and valuation for her investment clients.
