I've bought 4 homes in the Bay Area and was lucky enough to find Andrea for the purchase of my most recent one (August 2019). Over the course of our 4 month search Andrea consistently found us properties that matched our criteria before they went on the market, properties that were undervalued (incredibly rare in such a hot market), and correctly predicted the final sale price of properties with multiple offers on a regular basis. I've never worked with a realtor that has her depth of contacts - it was rare for us to go view property where the seller's agent hadn't worked with her or didn't know of her. She was able to 'talk turkey' with agents and get us what the minimum offer they would accept would be and really made me feel like I had insider knowledge when it came time to make a bid. When our mortgage application hit a snag, she even had contacts within our lending institution that were able to kick start the process and get us our loan closed quickly.
