Charlotte Gannaway serves as one of the Staples Gannaway Team principals. Charlotte entered real estate with 17 years of experience in the retail industry including serving as Manager of Sales and Service Trainer for Saks Fifth Avenue in Carmel and Phoenix, with a focus on premier client development.
After 10 years in real estate Charlotte has developed a passion for numbers, analyzing market trends & identifying opportunities for clients. Extensive knowledge of local inventory and a thorough understanding of specific area values create an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers as they search for their perfect property.
Charlotte and her husband Jon came to Carmel in 1990. They are the proud parents of a son, two sweet dogs, 2 cats, 2 beehives, and 9 chickens on their Carmel Valley property. Other passions include walking the Camino de Santiago, local architecture, tennis, travel, beekeeping and the arts. Her current volunteer focus is with the homeless.
