Ciara Piron

A third-generation real estate professional, 25-year top-producing agent, and San Francisco resident for 30 years, I know this city, its homes, and its neighborhoods from decades of living and working here.

My roots in real estate go back well before my own career. I come from a California farming family, where my grandfather was a pioneer in agricultural grafting and helped bring almonds to California. Growing up in a close-knit Italian family, I learned from him the importance of hard work, optimism, and strong relationships. Years later, some of that same farmland was developed into homes for thousands of people. Seeing that evolution helped spark my own interest in real estate and how communities grow.

I started my first business at 19, opening a retail clothing store in San Francisco. My years in fashion gave me a strong eye for design, presentation, and what catches people's attention. That experience still plays a big role in how I prepare and position homes for the market today.

I also grew up in a family of athletes and competed in golf, soccer, tennis, and snowboarding. Sports taught me to be focused, prepared, competitive, and persistent, qualities that have served me just as well in real estate.

After 25 years in the business, San Francisco is still the focus of my work. Each neighborhood has its own personality, housing stock, microclimate, and market, and understanding those differences comes from experience. My connection to San Francisco's housing history is personal, too. I live in and care for a historic farmhouse in the city and own one of San Francisco's rare earthquake cottages, both of which have given me an even greater appreciation for the city's architecture and history.

A big part of who I am is connecting people. I created WOTOA, a local women's empowerment and networking community, as a way to bring women together, create opportunities, and support one another's businesses and personal networks. I bring that same approach to real estate. I want to be someone my clients can call long after a transaction is over, whether they need a recommendation, an introduction, or simply someone who knows San Francisco.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me outdoors, crabbing on the Pacific, fishing a remote river, or catching live music somewhere around the city.
