Born and raised in the East Bay (and currently living in Emeryville), I'm invested in our community; I also grew up with industry professionals in the family, so local real estate was a frequent topic of conversation. This deep-seated knowledge-base is what informs my work today: I approach each client (and each listing) with the past, present, and future of the East Bay's housing market in mind. I pursued my broker's license after receiving a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2012, and have been working as a Realtor ever since. In keeping up with the market and trying to predict its trajectory, I believe it's critical to balance my unique experience with innovative technologies. Over 90% of home searches beginning online, and I embrace that fact. In the Bay Area especially, there are so many terrific applications and software's to help focus your search. That said, as an investor myself, I also know the value of face-to-face communication in the home buying and selling process. That's why I always make time for my clients. I want to answer their questions fully, serve as a sounding board for their ideas and worries, and ultimately be their comprehensive real estate resource. In 2017 I founded Team Orange, a collaborative group that operates under the belief that by working together, we provide a more robust resource for our clients. We work tirelessly to get top dollar on every listing we take on and have already set records throughout the East Bay. By bringing together professionals with unique specialties, Team Orange offers a superior level of expertise and service at every stage of the process. We'll help prepare your home for sale with renovations, repairs, painting, and/or staging; effectively market the listing to ensure maximum exposure; and help close the deal with expert contract knowledge and negotiation skills. By working both sides of real estate, I believe I'm better equipped to help both buyers and sellers. I know what each is looking for, and how to put together the deal that is most likely to close.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, hiking, playing basketball, tennis, and working out. In addition to this in my spare time, I work with my family's residential care homes for adults who have developmental challenges.
