His diverse real estate background includes more than $400m in a range of transactions from unique coastal luxury properties in West Marin to the federal acquisition of massive land holdings in the Tahoe Basin. Every transaction has its own unique circumstances. Glen is known for his ability to research, assess and articulate complex transactions. In addition to residential real estate, Glen is well-versed and adept at navigating a range of land use issues associated with development rights including entitlements, appraisals, and permitting.

As a fourth generation Californian, Glen has a deep love of the Golden State. He and his wife have been part of the Sausalito community for more than 20 years. They enjoy hiking and running on Bay Area trails, as well as spending waterfront time on their boat.
