A Little About Me
I have been working in real estate for for thirteen years, but I have been living with real estate for most of my life. I had the privilege of working with my mother, Kris Klint, for seven years before she retired from real estate after 25 years in the business. She taught me the importance of relationships, compassion, and professionalism critical to being successful in this business.
I am a full service real estate agent. My goal is to make the process of selling or buying a home as easy and stress free as possible for you. In preparing a home for sale, I will work with experts in staging and marketing to make sure your home looks its best when it goes on the market. My comprehensive marketing plan includes advertising, online eblasts and promotion on multiple real estate websites, along with promotion on Top Agent Network and other realtor groups. Open houses and tours are also a key component to marketing a home for sale, and they provide the personal touch that I think is so important in real estate.
For my buyers, I work tirelessly to find the perfect property. I will traverse neighborhoods, and will seek out off market opportunities in order to get my clients access to properties. I always choose to present an offer in person, so that the agent and sellers can understand the relationship that we have together and so that I can "sell" you and hopefully get you the property.
I am a native to the Peninsula and have a deep knowledge of many towns and neighborhoods from Burlingame to Los Altos. I was raised in Atherton, lived in San Carlos for many years and have settled in Menlo Park. That understanding can help you learn the nuances of different areas which may help you determine where you want to focus your area of search.
I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.
