In November, during a period of limited inventory, Kris assisted us in locating a single-family home. She guided us through the process of making an accepted offer and finalizing the closing within a few weeks.
In February 2025, we contacted Kris to schedule a viewing of our 31-year-old Livermore residence. She took charge of preparing our home for sale and we placed it on the market a few weeks later. After five days on the market, we visited her office to review four offers and accepted one.

"This is the second time my wife and I have had Kris Moxley as our realtor, and she delivered the best home-buying experience both times. The first experience we were first-time home buyers back in 2012 which is really nerve-racking as a 25-year-old couple who had no idea what we were doing.
