"Leslie was amazing to work with. She was referred by our longtime realtor who had transitioned to sell side activity only. It was a great referral because the limited inventory and significant variations between communities was very challenging. We were uncertain where to settle and considered an area from Oakland Hills to Brentwood. Huge variation, but Leslie was familiar with the areas and did extensive research when necessary. We have not seen an agent as detailed in her research which comes from past experience and education. We quickly eliminated Oakland when we saw 30% overbids as standard practice.
