Real estate is a people business based on listening, responding, and interacting. To achieve optimum results in the Bay Area’s competitive residential markets, you will need a skilled communicator working with the same drive and enthusiasm that you have for your real estate dreams. To this end, Michelle Englert rises to the top of the list. Her industriousness and passion for her work translate to a fulfilling experience when buying or selling a home – whether in San Francisco or on the Peninsula. It’s evident in every phase of the transaction, from initial consultations to closing negotiations. With Michelle, your objectives are her greatest motivation; her energy and professionalism are the tools for your real estate success.
Michelle’s family legacy in real estate speaks volumes for her commitment to this industry. With roots traced back six generations in San Francisco, Michelle follows on the heels of her grandfather, Peninsula Real Estate pioneer Emmet J. Cashin, Jr., and her uncle, Skip Cashin, president of Cashin Company (sold in 2010 to Coldwell Banker). Michelle has been involved in Real Estate all of her life and was the first of her generation to join this successful family tradition.
Michelle, born and raised in Atherton, has lived in San Francisco for years providing a distinct advantage few Realtors can offer – an intimate knowledge of both communities that allows her to connect buyers and sellers in two of the most sought-after places to live in the entire country. From young urban professionals to corporate leaders, Attorneys and trust departments, Michelle represents a diverse clientele that often demands discretion, privacy, and the utmost in personal attention. “My goal is to always deliver what I promise, whether it’s assisting a first-time buyer or closing multi-million-dollar transactions in exclusive luxury markets,” said Michelle. And, with her competitive drive – a result of being a U.S. champion springboard and platform diver – achieving results for her clients is second nature to Michelle. Associated with the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR) and the San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR), Michelle served as a Menlo Park & Atherton District Council member from 2004 -2007 and was slated to be the 2007 District Chair Elect and the 2008 District Chair.
When away from her work, Michelle believes in giving back to her community by being involved with volunteer opportunities of tutoring inner-city school children, Special Olympics, Senior and homeless centers, Alzheimer’s research, and other local charities. She served as member of the Junior League of Palo Alto-Mid Peninsula for seven active years. Michelle is a member of the St. Francis Yacht club and can be found spending her free time working various committees and sailing the Bay.
