Katie Dinwiddie

Katie has grown up in Austin. Moving here straight out of college, she’s spent the last twenty years watching this city grow and morph into where it is today. Her passion for real estate is rooted in the eleven moves across six states that she personally experienced throughout her life. Her caring nature embraces her clients and each transaction. The old adage, “you catch more bees with honey” could be said about Katie and her approach to real estate. However, when needed, this mother of three knows how to put her foot down!

Katie uses her exceptional organization and communication skills to manage operational needs. Her background in the business sector shines as she embraces the motto “customer first.” She also works hard to create communication and collaboration amongst industry partners to keep the best out there!

When not engaged in real estate, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn and three daughters. She enjoys travel, volunteering in the community, cooking and socializing with friends.
