“My wife and I worked with Paul to purchase our first home, as a first time homebuyer, we were not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away, Paul was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my wife and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He even recommended a lending agent, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Paul is very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient and incredibly generous with his time. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in summer 2018 market was very challenging, but working with Paul made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Paul used to provide Comparable Sales numbers and his own assessment for every home before bidding, this tremendously helped us make informed decision. We highly recommend Paul.”

"When I decided to buy a home during a pandemic, let alone in the SF Bay Area, I knew I was in for a major challenge. But when I met Paul, I was able to count on him throughout the process. Paul's greatest traits are his patience, knowledge, and communicativeness. He greatly exceeded my expectations in every regard.

As a first time homebuyer, I had a myriad of questions. He is incredibly patient and knowledgable. After looking at several homes, I finally found the one I loved. He gave me realistic expectations on what I should offer to get the home, and was very candid about the risks and benefits, never once pressuring me to make a decision.

Paul ultimately helped us get the home of our dreams. Better yet, it was first home that we bid on, all while paying a very reasonable price! It felt like the odds were against in the beginning, and I'm still shocked by how smoothly the process went during these unprecedented times. I really have to give Paul a lot of credit for this.

Once our offer was accepted, Paul was very effective at communicating with listing agents and my loan officer, ensuring that I closed escrow on time. Before receiving my keys, Paul left no stone unturned, ensuring the house was in tip top shape like the day I first saw it. His attention to detail was admirable.

I would highly recommend Paul to any prospective buyer."

“I'm so incredibly grateful for Paul. He has clear industry knowledge and expertise that he uses to represent his clients in the best possible way. He helped me accept a strong offer for my previous home and negotiate a winning offer for a new home. We are in an incredibly competitive market, and Paul made sure to give me his honest opinion on what I should be doing in order to protect my best interests and find a home that I love.

He spent an incredible amount of time with me to prepare my home to show (he even helped me move furniture and hung up artwork!) so that it was in tip top shape for photos and open houses. My house looked incredible on the fliers and the website (and definitely in person, too). He took so much care and put so much time into doing open houses every weekend and he followed up with any agents or visitors who showed interest. Once I accepted an offer, Paul gave me solid advice and guided me through the process and made sure I was completely satisfied with the terms I was accepting.

Once I accepted an offer on my previous home, Paul made an incredible pivot to helping me find a new home. He made multiple trips (in pouring rain, no less!) to open houses and made private appointments for me at certain homes. He really understood that type of home I was looking for and what I needed to have vs. things that I would like to have. When I made an offer on a home, Paul made sure that I had a competitive offer and followed up directly with agents. He made sure that I was able to put personal touches on my letters to sellers which made my offer more appealing.

Paul is a top notch real estate professional and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the bay area. I sold in San Jose and purchased in San Francisco, and Paul was able to adjust well to both markets and give me advice based on location. The patience and good guiding sense he provides to his clients is unlike anything else I've ever experienced."
