With over 25 years of experience in the Washington Metropolitan region, he has established himself as a premier specialist in luxury real estate, with a particular focus on modern, mid-century, and contemporary architecture, as well as commercial real estate transactions. His ability to blend market intelligence with a refined appreciation for design ensures that every client receives a highly personalized and strategic approach to buying and selling.


Born and raised in Guatemala, Perez immigrated to the United States at 18 years old, driven by a deep entrepreneurial spirit. Just four years later, he launched his real estate career with RE/MAX Horizons and RE/MAX Allegiance, serving clients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. His natural talent for the industry quickly propelled him to Top Producer status, earning him recognition for his exceptional sales volume and market acumen. In 2003, he expanded into the financial sector, joining Saab Financial before becoming Vice President of Emerging Markets at Pinnacle Financial. There, he excelled as the company’s No. 1 producer, surpassing $144 million in sales annually and developing a sharp analytical approach that would later enhance his real estate strategies.

Perez returned to real estate in 2009, founding District One Properties in Alexandria, Virginia. This boutique real estate firm was built on a foundation of innovation and bespoke client service, embracing the rapidly evolving residential market with a fresh, interactive approach. In 2017, District One evolved into District Partners Real Estate, a next-generation platform focused on progressive representation, design-forward marketing, and high-touch client experiences.

Today, District Partners is a premier sales team Compass, the fastest-growing and most innovative real estate brokerage in the nation. Perez and his team continue to redefine luxury real estate by blending cutting-edge technology with a relationship-driven approach. They serve clients across nation, while also maintaining a strong presence in the international market, offering advisory services to global investors and relocating clients.

Andre Perez resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife, Anastasia, and their three daughters.
