Rachel T. Rodriguez was previously in the hi-tech industry for over 12 years as a Program Manager for the Emerging Business Units. Responsibilities included managing and qualifying customer builds and launching into mass production. Rachel brings an abundance of detailed-oriented experience in customer service, transaction management, leading teams, sales, and dynamic marketing. Her energetic personality and desire to perform at the highest level for her clients allows her to excel as a top real estate advisor. Rachel constantly seeks exciting and new challenges so that she can learn, grow, and develop new skills that leave a positive mark!

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Born and raised in San Jose, Ralph graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory. He then attended San Jose State University. With his wife Rachel, his childhood sweetheart, Ralph enjoyed raising their now adult children Ralph Jr. and Raylina. He was very involved in their academic, as well as their extracurricular activities. Ralph enjoyed staying connected to his children through coaching Blossom Valley Baseball and Oak Grove Football and assisting with his daughter's softball and soccer teams. He also says, "It was very rewarding having a positive impact on the lives of so many other children."
Ralph is an avid golfer with a 10 handicap and he enjoys playing Texas Hold'em.
Rachel was also born and raised in San Jose, and graduated from Presentation High School and attended the University of Phoenix. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis at the 4.0 level, and cooking.
Having been married for almost 30 years, this dynamic duo enjoy time with their adult children who work in the San Jose area for a cloud based storage company and Facebook.
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
Ralph and Rachel take client relationships very seriously and want them to last way beyond the transaction. Ralph explains "It is overwhelming when I realize how many of these relationships have become friendships". Communication skills are also very important to Ralph and Rachel.
