Richard holds a MBA degree. With over three decades of real estate related experience
since the 90's, Richard has truly seen it all, which gives him a calm resolve in guiding
clients through anything that can arise during the buying/selling process.
Before working as a Realtor, Richard started as an apartment manager overseeing operations of a 340+ unit apartment complex. With this experience, he was able to develop swift interpersonal skills. At the turn of the century (2000), he was involved in strictly commercial and mixed use properties management/sales for several years. Finally Richard decided to follow his passion for residential real estate and has been helping clients navigate their own real estate ventures ever since.
Richard is a self motivated, self spontaneous and an enthusiastic person who always strive for the best outcome. His reward comes from his client's satisfaction. Richard has handled deals where the sellers passed away during the contract, situations that completely required no supervision from the seller but he still strives to get the seller more money, in less time and the best results possible, and purchase deals remotely where the buyers were unable to physically view the house but entrusted in his decision. His method may be different than most real estate agent but it creates not only great results, but allows his clients to make intelligent and informed decisions during every step of the process.
