Rita Naman joined Compass from the fast-paced, stakes world of international diplomacy at the United Nations Headquarters in New York where she served as the Assistant Director of a foreign diplomatic mission. During her tenure, Rita honed her negotiating skills while brokering Security Council resolutions, supporting peace talks, and organizing -level engagement with a diverse group of actors. Results driven, and highly motivated to succeed, Rita’s leadership acumen coupled with over five years of experience marketing celebrity speakers – such as Anthony Bourdain, Glenn Close and Fareed Zakaria -- has equipped her with the communication skills, creativity and adaptability necessary to achieve your real estate goals.
Now as your neighborhood Realtor, she has put her experience to work by helping clients navigate the local real estate market -- offering market strategies, insightful analysis, negotiating know-how, and even design and staging consultations to consistently exceed client expectations. Rita Naman lives in Pleasant Hill with her husband and daughter and is active in her local community. Loving all that Northern California has to offer, she and her family often embark on day trips to explore neighboring cities -- taking hikes, wine tasting, eating out, and attending local festivals and events. She holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University and truly brings a world of experience to the real estate industry.
