Sheila has the gift of quickly connecting with people, and she enjoys the process of successfully concluding a Real Estate transaction -- a process marked throughout by knowledgeable and forthright communication with the clients whose interests she serves. She takes care to be well informed, and has the skills and experience to guide -- and to respond -- calmly, appropriately, and with imagination.
Born and raised in Oakland, Sheila has spent the greater part of her life in Montclair, and now enjoys living with her family -- her husband and their two very active school-aged children -- just minutes from Montclair Village. She has long-term and firsthand knowledge of the community, the ebb and flow of its daily life, and what it offers to people fortunate to live here.
Sheila attended Bishop O’Dowd High School and received her BA from Santa Clara University. Before working in Real Estate, Sheila taught High School English for several years and was a top job placement recruiter in downtown San Francisco. Both professions drew upon and enhanced her interpersonal skills and capacity for quick analysis and stellar communication. She is active in her community, having recently led fundraising campaigns for local charities and her children's school, where she currently serves as Vice President of the Parents Group Board.
