About Susanna
Susanna is a long-time bay area resident with valuable experience in local market conditions and the needs of bay area buyers. She has successfully closed transactions and helped customers over the entire region, extending from San Francisco and Peninsula to South and East Bay.
Susanna grew up in both China and the United States which gave her a valuable multi-lingual capability and unique insights which made her successful at helping both American and foreign customers.
She graduated from San Francisco State University where she majored in accounting and finance. Additionally, her experience in both real estate and property management have helped her serve clients with diverse requirements. Her extensive knowledge and strong work ethic enabled her to successfully help first time home buyers, experienced home buyers, as well as investors.
Susanna strongly believes in the importance of analyzing the client needs and expectations, educating the client when needed, and providing them with high quality market insights. Further, given the unique challenges of the bay area market, she strives to provide the strongest representation of her clients in order to help them achieve their goals.
She prides herself in being hard-working, honest, and diligent in pursuing and executing each transaction. She gets great satisfaction from helping each client complete a successful transaction that allows them to either get their dream home or sell their valued property for top dollar.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
