University of California, Berkeley - BA, Cognitive Science
As a San Jose native who has lived the past 24 years in the East Bay, there is no other place Taylor could imagine calling home. He attended UC Berkeley, has a BA in cognitive science, and received his real estate license in 2007. Taylor began his real estate career managing property "flips." From this experience, he gained valuable knowledge in home construction, remodeling, and preparing a property for market. As a result, he is just as comfortable holding a Sunday open house as he is crawling underneath a home to check on the plumbing.
Buying or selling a home is the most important transaction in most people's lives, both financially and emotionally. Taylor never loses sight of that fact. His extensive knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area is varied and comprehensive - a necessity when showing his clients around the various neighborhoods. His passion for finding the perfect match between a client and a home, coupled with his substantial knowledge of real estate markets, are the two most important aspects of his success.
There are many moving parts in any real estate transaction. Taylor is here to help guide you through these details with patience, expertise, and a sense of humor. He measures his success by knowing that he has helped his clients achieve their real estate goals. He has worked hard to earn a reputation with clients as a careful listener, trusted friend, and tenacious negotiator. Even after you've moved in (or moved on), in all things real estate, Taylor will be here for you.
