Born in London, England, and raised on the East Coast, Shafina is a global citizen who has lived in London, Toronto, Los Angeles and New York. Shafina has been involved with real estate and development her entire life. She comes from a family with a long history of global real estate investments throughout the United States, the United Kingdom and Tanzania, providing her with valuable opportunities and insight into her career in real estate.

 
Her fluency in Gujrati and English has allowed her to develop relationships throughout the world and especially across her cultural network in New York. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Shafina gained first-hand experience in sales through her 12 years of work in the beauty industry by assisting and shadowing her mentors and coaches, who provided her with immeasurable years of wisdom in building relationships and subsequently sales.

 
She worked with high net-worth celebrities and influencers to launch beauty brands and she focused on her strong work ethic and commitment and sharpened her business acumen through superb communication and education. Throughout all of her success as a beauty sales director, Shafina had always from a young age been deeply interested in the real estate industry. This desire never subsided, leading to her commitment to becoming a top real estate professional.

Shafina has an MBA from the University of Toronto, Joseph L. Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, with a Major in Economics, Psychology Minor, Honors Concentration.
