Loretta Illustrato

Loretta has been an energetic member of the Pelham Community for the past 37 years, where she resides with her husband and two sons, who both attended the award-winning Pelham School System K-12. Loretta is a retired Pelham School Teacher after 39 exciting years of teaching. She was inducted into the Who’s Who of American Teachers and has earned a BA in Elementary Education, an MS in Elementary Administration, and an MS in Special Education. She was a member of the International School Consortium for 13 years representing Elementary Teachers – an elected position held by only two Teachers in the U.S. Loretta was #11 in the Mrs. America Pageant and still models today.

Loretta is very involved throughout the Pelhams: the Junior League, the Bartow Pell Conservatory, the Preservation Society of Pelham, Finance Committee member and Eucharistic Minister of OLPH Church, the Manor Club (Drama Section), and the New York Athletic Club. She is affiliated with the NYS Notary Association and holds a Notary Public license.

She has been in real estate for 28 years. Having been a Multi-Million Dollar producer, Loretta specializes in residential Sales and Rentals for fine Homes, Condos, and Co-ops. Loretta prides herself with high standards in work ethics and has extreme patience with First Time Buyers, Empty Nesters down-sizing, and Relocation customers.

Loretta enjoys skiing, tennis, ice-skating, quilting, cycling, and playing her five instruments. Loretta is trusted and respected amongst her customers and peers.
