Shane brings a unique blend of financial expertise and a deep connection to Long Island's North Fork to his role as a real estate agent. Born and raised on Long Island, Shane's roots in the region run deep.
Before embarking on his real estate journey, Shane spent an impressive fifteen years on Wall Street, where he honed his skills as a corporate bond and derivative broker. This demanding career equipped him with a keen understanding of financial markets, negotiation tactics, and an unparalleled ability to navigate complex transactions. However, the hustle and bustle of Wall Street eventually gave way to a desire for a more fulfilling and family-centric lifestyle.
In pursuit of a change, Shane and his family made the decision to relocate to the North Fork on a full-time basis. The serene beauty and close-knit community of Greenport provided the ideal backdrop for a fresh start. Shane is passionate about sharing his intimate knowledge of the area with clients, helping them find their dream homes or make strategic property investments. His commitment to excellence, coupled with a genuine understanding of the unique dynamics of the local real estate market, truly sets him apart.
Shane, along with his wife and son, proudly call Greenport home. In addition to his professional pursuits, he is an active member of the community, fostering connections and contributing to the vibrant tapestry of the North Fork.
Shane graduated from Haverford College with a degree in Economics, where he was also a member of the men’s lacrosse team.
