About Shane
A Southern California native, Shane Howland has a deep understanding of the real-estate climate in California. His experience in the Palm Springs market began in 2014 with his own investments. He continued into a successful career as an agent helping buyers and sellers find primary, secondary and investment properties. His personal experience running short term rentals in the desert cities has helped him successfully guide his clients in starting their own air bnb businesses. He studied business and interior design at the Art Institute of Los Angeles. He has been able to apply his design background to his own investments and enjoys helping clients with getting their homes ready for the market. Prior to his career at Compass, Shane worked in tech at Apple. His exposure to the industry has helped him take a dynamic, forward-thinking approach to service his clients when buying or selling homes. Shaneā€™s speed and agility with technology ensure his clients are being represented swiftly and assertively in the competitive California market. As an art and design enthusiast, Shane volunteers and donates to youth arts programs throughout California making art classes and education available for tomorrowā€™s creators.
