About Shane

Shane is a resident of the South Hills of Pittsburgh, where his family worked in various trades and home construction. He attended the University of Pittsburgh with the goal of playing football, a dream he achieved until an injury left him with yet another chip on his shoulder—fueling his fire even today. A passionate fan of college and professional football, Shane proudly supports the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Shane began his real estate career during the 2008 housing recession and has since invested thousands of hours in training, coaching, and education across both real estate sales and investing. He holds Broker licenses in Pennsylvania and Arizona and is deeply committed to being the best advocate for his clients. Over the course of his career, Shane has helped over 300 families achieve their real estate goals.

As the oldest of three sons, Shane grew up with a father who was a custom home-builder in Washington County from the 1980s through the 2000s. This upbringing provided him with hands-on construction experience and valuable insights into rehabs and remodels.
