Hi, I’m Shane Lighton, and I’m proud to be part of Spotlight Realty, a Compass team. I’ve called North Carolina home for the past 12 years, living in Asheville, along the coast, and throughout the RDU area. Experiencing life in these diverse regions has given me a deep appreciation for everything our state has to offer — from the mountains to the beaches and everywhere in between.
