"It was so quick from start to finish! The pictures were barely listed and an offer was made and countered and my asking price was met the first day on the market. I think it was just shy of three weeks and we were at the closing date. I am not sure but that may be a record.
Shane was and is amazing. And her knowledge of Cape Cod is all inclusive. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone wanting to sell their home. Be it a multi million dollar home (as much of Chatham is) or a normal modest home like mine. She took care of all the details.
