Shane Whitmore

A Novato native, Shane Whitmore has watched his small town grow at a healthy pace. He knows what made Marin County special when he was growing up and understands why he, and many of his clients, choose to call it home today.

Shane graduated with a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University and moved to Las Vegas where he began his career in real estate and real estate investment. First working as a Research Analyst and Senior Manager for Hanley Wood (Metrostudy), Shane worked closely with other VPs & Principals to lead the analysis of residential and mixed use development around the United States. He further pursued his career in real estate and became a licensed Realtor. Shane has helped his clients, from first time homebuyers to the seasoned seller, buy and sell property in addition to purchasing and flipping a dozen of his own investment properties.

After the birth of their two boys, Shane and his wife packed up their family and moved to Nicaragua where they had their third son. Being entrepreneurial spirits, it didn’t take long for them to have two restaurants and a successful Airbnb business up and running.

Six years later, Shane & his wife were ready to return to the States with their 3 boys. Now, as a licensed Realtor in both Nevada and California, Shane is ready to find you your next, first, second or investment property and be your trusted advisor along the way.
