Shanice Gause

Originally from Illinois, Shanice is a Dallas-Fort Worth real estate advisor with several years of experience as a licensed real estate professional. As part of Allure Commercial, she specializes in commercial real estate while also serving clients across luxury residential, investment, land, and relocation. Her experience includes working with buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners to identify opportunities that support both their immediate needs and long-term goals.

Shanice takes a thoughtful, business-minded approach to real estate, combining market knowledge, persistence, and genuine relationship-building to help her clients make confident decisions. She enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the business as much as building relationships. This includes helping a business find the right location, an investor uncover an opportunity, or a buyer or seller navigate an important transition. For Shanice, great representation is about more than a transaction; it is about understanding the bigger picture and making sure her clients feel informed and supported along the way.

Outside of real estate, Shanice enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with her family. She brings that same sense of ambition, curiosity, and discipline into her career, continually looking for ways to grow, expand her knowledge, and create new opportunities for the people she serves.
