Larry came to real estate from a successful career in sales and marketing in the entertainment industry, where he worked with creative talent, cultivated bonds of trust, and was integral in guiding them to new levels of success. With strong communication and great diplomacy, he has a proven track record for building teams and inspiring staff for optimal performance. As your real estate agent, he draws on these seasoned skills to help his clients in their quest to sell or purchase one of the largest and most emotional transactions in their lives. He has called New York home his entire life. He was born in Brooklyn, raised on Long Island, and has for the past 30 years experienced life in NYC as both a renter and an owner. Married to a residential real estate attorney, he has gotten intimately involved in the purchase and sale of their personal homes. His experience gives him an added advantage in assisting clients with both the emotional and financial aspects of real estate as one's home and investment.

Larry’s goal is to attentively handle his clients' business and be present and helpful throughout the process, from the moment they begin working together, through every aspect of the marketing plan creation and implementation, all negotiations, board package preparations, follow-up communications, and coordinating all closing details. His entire success is based upon his ability to find his clients what they truly want and need, then work closely with them to attain it.

Larry currently lives on the Upper West Side and Riverside Drive and owns a condo in Williamsburg. He has also lived in Tudor City and the East Side, so knows the different neighborhoods well. He loves the amazing assemblage of restaurants, museums, theater and musical events, and diversity of cultures that make up this great city of New York, from Brooklyn to Battery Park City, all the way up the West Side to the George Washington Bridge.
