"Fantastic person and Realtor. We had multiple offers and were under contract in less than 30 days. Plus she helped us get a great deal on our dream home!"

About Shannon
For Shannon Boyle, real estate is about much more than buying or selling a home. It’s about unlocking what comes next—a new home, a new neighborhood, an investment opportunity, greater financial security, or simply a lifestyle that better fits where you are headed.

With almost 20 years of experience in Chicago real estate, Shannon has built her business around one simple philosophy: educated clients make empowered decisions. Rather than telling clients what they should do, she takes the time to explain the process, current market conditions, available options, and the advantages and risks of each path. Then she builds a strategy around what matters most to them.
Whether she is preparing an in-depth market analysis and marketing strategy for a seller, guiding a first-time buyer through their first offer, or helping an experienced client navigate a complicated transaction, Shannon wants her clients to understand not only what they are doing, but why.

And when it comes time to negotiate, that preparation matters- Negotiation is one of Shannon's favorite parts of real estate and one of her greatest strengths. Every transaction is different, so she looks beyond price to identify the terms, timing, leverage, and creative opportunities that can help her clients achieve the strongest possible outcome.

Shannon's business has been built largely through repeat clients and referrals from people who trust her enough to introduce her to their friends and family. She considers that one of the greatest compliments she can receive. That relationship doesn't end when the keys are handed over. Shannon stays connected with her clients throughout the years, providing real estate guidance, homeowner resources, market insight, trusted professional referrals, and opportunities to reconnect through client and community events. Her goal is to be a lifelong real estate resource—not simply the person you call when you're ready to make a move.

A Chicago-area native and graduate of Grinnell College, since 2008, she has represented buyers and sellers throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs across a wide variety of properties, from downtown condos and vintage homes to single-family residences, multi-unit properties, investment opportunities, and suburban homes. Her experience spans Chicago neighborhoods including Lincoln Park, Lakeview, River North, Old Town, West Loop, South Loop, Logan Square, Jefferson Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Andersonville, Edgewater, Rogers Park, Bucktown, Wicker Park and many others, as well as communities throughout the southwest suburbs such as Lemont, Homer Glen, Lockport, Bolingbrook, Woodridge, Darien, New Lenox, Plainfield, and more. As a Compass agent, Shannon can also leverage the reach, technology, marketing resources, and agent network of one of the country's leading real estate brokerages while still providing the highly personal service on which she has built her business.

Outside of real estate, Shannon is an entrepreneur, masters swim coach, Ironman, and enthusiastic community builder. Bringing people together is an important part of who she is—whether that's around a pool, at one of her client events, or helping connect someone with a resource they need.
Because ultimately, a home is rarely the final goal. It's the key that unlocks something bigger.

Whether you're preparing to sell, buying your first home, searching for an investment, moving to the suburbs, returning to the city, or simply wondering what your next move could look like, Shannon would love to help you unlock the opportunities, goals, and life you're working toward.
