About Shannon

Hi, I'm glad you are here! Thank you. A little about me from me:
I am an advocate for the journey, guiding, protecting, and advising every step of the way. We must be brave to change. To me change is an act of courage. No one will tell you moving is easy, but all is in movement anyways. We cannot stop change, but we can maintain presence and strive towards peace through change. As my father often says, "Always Forward." As a Realtor, I help you with moving forward.
I work as a team player to help all parties to your real estate transaction communicate perspectives, resolve conflicts, stay grounded, and maintain healthy behaviors and mindsets to manage stress. I walk my clients through the real estate process step by step. I like to create quality interactions, and positive experiences for my clients and teammates.
I have always been an experiential educator. My previous decades of work as an outdoor adventure guide, EMT, psychotherapist, functional nutrition counselor, and yoga instructor enhance my client's experience when they work with me as their Realtor. I started my Real Estate career in 2021 and received The Rookie of the Year award in 2022. I have lived in Colorado for the majority of my life, not only in the Boulder and Denver areas, but also in many of Colorado's ski towns. It is my favorite place to call home. I wish for everyone that they have a home which is a sanctuary, a place for refuge and support for the flow of life, creativity, and the most cherished of relationships.
