"I can't speak highly enough of Shannon and her skill. When I was looking to purchase a home this year, I was recommended from a mutual friend. From advice for repairs and cost, to overall pricing of the home Shannon was on point. Her expertise in her field is unmatched. When I had an issue with my lender, she quickly found the issue and solution at hand, which in this case was due to my lender's over view of my finances. She basically did the job of my lender too, and when closing came and we had an issue with the loan amount, she came to save the day yet again. She went above and beyond to help me in my first home purchase, and I will recommend her to anyone who will need a realtor. If i could give ten or twenty stars, I would.
Thank you again Shannon!" - Kenneth
"Shannon was excellent. We had rather short notice that we needed to put our house on the market making this happen. She gave us excellent advice, was knowledgeable, and very professional. We have used Shannon twice in our house buying endeavors. She is highly recommended." - Julia
"Not enough time to describe how amazing Shannon is! Builds her house hunting around your desires, absolutely does not force anything, gives great and professional advice, knowledge in the field is extremely high, responds to questions, concerns, or complaints in a timely and precise manner, absolute pleasure to be around! Professionally she did her job 1000% but I’d like to think I gained a friend out of the deal... that’s how great she is both as a person and a professional. I’m sure there are a ton of great realators out there but if you want the perfect home hunting and buying experience there is only one way to go and that is Shannon Diiorio!"
"Shannon knows her job and does it in a very professional yet personal way. She has guided me through several closings. All of the listings and closings were performed in a timely manner."
"My husband and I were not completely ready to purchase a home but thought "What was the harm in looking?". Shannon was amazing and we are so happy we found her!! She was patient with us and super understanding of our needs. We were worried that we were not going to find the perfect starter home but within less than a few weeks we had an offer in and on our way to becoming homeowners. She explained all the steps in detail and was quick to respond to our questions via email, text and/or by phone. She cared about experience and it showed. We highly recommend working with her and am sure we will in our next home purchase."
Shannon has a managerial background in the restaurant industry and an Associate Degree in Business Management. Shannon’s previous career provided a great education and experience that is easily carried over into Real Estate but the demands of the Restaurant industry didn’t always allow family time to be a priority. Her husband Mike sustained a back injury and left the military, their family was growing and Shannon made the decision to transition gradually into a Real Estate career, with the encouragement of a family member who was also working in the industry.
“My real estate career has allowed me to successfully help so many families, on a full time basis, while also making my own family a priority. I was never Rookie of the Year, but I managed to steadily and gradually grow my business until I was far too busy to continue working my restaurant position! Recognizing the importance of furthering my education, I began taking specialized Real Estate courses as often as I could, earning designations and then ultimately attended broker courses in law, finance and investment. Another daughter, several rescue dogs and two broker licenses later (Pennsylvania and Delaware, ) I’m enjoying every day that I get to help others with a major life event. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help clients get through the process and on to their next chapter.”
Having grown up in Eddystone and graduating from Ridley High School as well as Delaware County Community College, it was an obvious decision to work in the great Delco area. However the versatility and ease of mobility across county and even state lines here in the Philadelphia suburbs, it was also a natural progression to include parts of Chester, Montgomery & New Castle counties. Helping clients understand the market throughout these areas is one of Shannon’s specialties.
Whether you are looking to purchase a property, sell a property, or transition your real estate career, Shannon will guide you through this process with patience, persistence, knowledge, experience, trustworthiness and dedication. Aside from her children, what Shannon is most proud of is that over the course of her career, clients have referred her to their children, parents & other family members or close friends, which is absolutely the biggest compliment & testimonial that one can possibly receive. Shannon is incredibly thankful to have earned such trust and confidence from the people she’s had the pleasure of working with and will continue to work with!
Having such amazing mentors throughout Shannon’s career has inspired her to serve on the board of directors for Suburban West REALTORS Association, 2015-2019 and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors 2017-2018 and to become a certified real estate instructor.
Shannon is also a co-founder of Next Level Living: The Shannon Diiorio & Jaimee Brosko-Smith Team.
