Shannon Helms Wisniewski

Shannon, has extensive resale, new development and marketing experience in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to Compass, Shannon was with Stribling for nineteen years where she gained tremendous knowledge and experience in the representation of both buyers and sellers in the luxury market. Working with high profile clients, Shannon's discretion, attention to detail and understanding of their particular concerns is highly appreciated. Her knowledge of developments having worked on: Tower 270, 80 Chambers, 58 Walker Street, The Porter House, 73 Worth Street and Loft 25, has given her the ability to analyze and help both developers and purchasers make the best decisions for themselves and maximize the return on their investment. Shannon holds a Master of the Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from The University of Georgia. Shannon is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and currently resides in Chelsea.
