About Shannon
I live on Mercer Island with my husband, our giant Labrador Retriever and a sassy ginger cat. We raised our four young adult children on the island, and they occasionally make a reappearance at home. Having lived in various areas of the greater Seattle area since 1989, I know the Western Washington region well. I offer a curated approach to helping clients buy and sell any type of property-- first residences, downsizing homes, investment properties, commercial property or vacation homes at the mountains or beach. My passion is serving my clients so they can achieve their unique real estate goals.

I hold the designation Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and conscientiously represent and safeguard my clients' interests in all contract negotiations. I understand each local market's characteristics and what defines that distinct community. From evaluating school districts, home prices, commutes and leisure activities, I take time to ask the right questions of my clients and guide them in making the best decision to meet their criteria when buying or selling a home.
